All music, audio files, beats, instrumentals, stems, previews, and associated metadata released under the SoulFyah name are protected by copyright and licensed exclusively for human creative use.

No AI / Machine Learning Use

SoulFyah does not grant permission for any of its content to be used for the purpose of training, fine-tuning, evaluating, testing, validating, or operating any artificial intelligence, machine-learning, deep learning, neural network, data-mining, or similar automated system.

This prohibition applies to all uses, including but not limited to:

Dataset creation

Model training or fine-tuning

Embedding or feature extraction

Automated analysis or classification

Derivative data generation

Commercial and non-commercial AI systems

No license—free or paid—grants permission for AI or machine-learning use unless explicitly agreed to in writing by SoulFyah.

Any use of SoulFyah content in violation of this policy constitutes unauthorized use and may result in license termination, takedown requests, or legal action under applicable copyright and contract law.

This policy serves as an explicit reservation of rights and an opt-out from text-and-data-mining and AI training where such opt-out is recognized by law, including under applicable European Union regulations.
