Q: What Is Beat Leasing / Licensing?
Beat leasing (also known as non-exclusive licensing) means you purchase the legal right to use a beat in your own song, video, or performance — without owning it outright. Other artists can license the same beat as well, unless you purchase an exclusive license. Each license type (MP3, WAV, Trackout, Deluxe, Exclusive, etc.) defines what you can do with the beat — like how many copies you can distribute, or whether you can monetize on streaming platforms.
Q: Are Your Beats Made With AI?
No. Every beat is 100 percent human-made - real musicianship, real production, 25+ years of craft behind it. No AI is used anywhere in the creation process.

If you want to hear how a beat is actually built, our Premium Lease and up includes trackouts - every drum, every bassline, every keyboard, every guitar, every single element delivered as its own separate WAV file. It's the most direct way to see the human craftsmanship behind the beat.

Q: Are Vocal Tags Removed Once The Beat(s) Are Purchased?
Yes. All licensed beats come without producer tags — the tag you hear on the preview is only there for protection. Once you complete your purchase, you’ll receive a clean, untagged version of the beat (and stems if your license includes them).
Q: What Are Track Stems / Trackouts?
Track stems (or trackouts) are the individual instrument files that make up the beat — drums, bass, guitars, keys, horns, FX, etc. They’re provided as separate high-quality WAV files so your engineer can mix your vocals and the beat professionally. Stems give you maximum control over volume, EQ, effects, and arrangement.
Q: How Does The “Buy 1 Beat, Get 2 Free” Work?
Simply add three beats with the same license type to your cart — the discount will activate automatically at checkout. You’ll only pay for one beat, and get the other two for free. No coupon code needed. The offer applies to non-exclusive licenses only.
Licensing & Usage
Q: Can I upgrade my license later?
A: Yes. You can upgrade to a higher license anytime by paying the price difference. For example, if you purchased a Basic Lease but your track grows and you need unlimited streams, you can move up to Premium, Deluxe, or even Exclusive Rights. Just reach out to arrange the upgrade.
Q: Do I keep 100% of my royalties?
A: Yes. All non-exclusive and exclusive licenses are royalty-free for independent use. You keep 100% of your streaming, sales, and performance income. For major label deals or certain sync placements, royalty splits may apply — but you will always be informed and in control.
Q: What’s the difference between non-exclusive and exclusive licenses?
A: Non-exclusive: Multiple artists can license the same beat. Each license grants you specific usage rights (copies, streams, videos, etc.) within your tier.
Exclusive: Once sold, the beat is removed from the store and no one else can license it. You gain exclusivity for your music career, including Content ID. Ownership of the composition remains with SoulFyah Productions.
Q: How long does my license last?
A: Non-exclusive licenses (Basic, Premium, Deluxe) come with fixed terms (e.g. 3–10 years depending on tier). Exclusive licenses last as long as you need them — no expiration.
Q: What happens if I exceed the sales or streaming limits?
A: You’ll need to upgrade your license. Don’t worry — you don’t lose your existing rights. You simply extend them by paying the difference to the next tier. This way, your song stays fully legal and protected.
Q: Can I release my song on Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, etc.?
A: Yes. All licenses allow distribution on major platforms. The limits (number of streams, sales, or videos) depend on your license tier.
Q: Can I use your beats on YouTube or SoundCloud?
A: Absolutely. You can upload your songs with SoulFyah beats to YouTube, SoundCloud, Audiomack, and other platforms. Just make sure you stay within your license terms.
Q: Can I monetize my YouTube videos with your beats?
A: Yes, you can monetize videos created with your licensed beat. However, you cannot register Content ID unless you have Exclusive Rights.
Q: Can I register Content ID (YouTube, Facebook, etc.)?
A: Only with Exclusive Rights. Non-exclusive beats cannot be placed in Content ID systems because they’re licensed to multiple artists. Exclusive rights give you full control for Content ID registration.
Beat Delivery & Quality
Q: How do I receive my files?
A: Immediately after purchase, you’ll receive a download link by email. Your files are delivered as a ZIP package including MP3, WAV, and (if applicable) trackouts.
Q: What’s included in trackouts?
A: Trackouts (stems) are individual audio files for each instrument or sound in the beat — kick, snare, bass, guitar, keys, etc. This gives your engineer full flexibility for mixing, arranging, or editing.
Q: Are your beats tagged?
A: No, all purchased beats are delivered untagged, except the MP3 file, which contains a short intro tag. This MP3 is included for reference purposes only and should not be used to craft your final song. For full production, always use the WAV files or trackouts provided.
Q: What’s the quality of the files?
MP3: 320 kbps high quality
WAV: 24-bit / 44.1 kHz (industry standard)
Trackouts: 24-bit / 44.1 kHz separated stems
Payments & Legal
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Payments can be made securely via PayPal or Stripe (all major credit/debit cards supported).
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: No. All sales are final since beats are digital products. Please listen carefully before buying, or contact me if you need help choosing.
Q: Do I need to credit SoulFyah Productions?
A: Yes. Credit must always be given in this format: "Produced by SoulFyah Productions"
Q: Are your beats royalty-free?
A: Yes — for independent artists, all licenses are royalty-free. That means you keep all your streaming, sales, and performance income. For major label deals or sync placements, additional splits or clearance may be required.

Q: Can I request a custom beat?
A: Yes. I create custom riddims and beats tailored to your style. Reach out with your vision, and I’ll craft an instrumental just for you. Every custom beat comes with Exclusive Rights.
Q: How much do exclusive beats cost?
A: Exclusive prices vary depending on the beat’s performance and history. Some high-performing beats may never be sold, while others are priced at a premium. Occasionally, I retire beats from the catalog and offer them as clearance exclusives at a reduced rate. For exact pricing, please contact me with an offer or request a personal quote.
Q: What happens to a beat once it’s sold exclusively?
A: It’s removed from the store and no longer available for leasing. Previous non-exclusive licenses remain valid, but you’ll be the only artist with future rights to the beat.
Q: Do I own the beat if I buy exclusive rights?
A: No. Exclusive rights give you exclusivity of use, but ownership of the composition remains with SoulFyah Productions. You gain full commercial rights, including Content ID, unlimited distribution, and sync clearance (with approval).
